If you view a topic in a board , f. ex. "Release date for "Shredding Across The World, Volume 3" in News and want to jump into another board, f. ex. "Forum Rules" , you need to check "Jump to: " on the right bottom of the board.
It provides a convenient quick method of navigating the forum and will allow you to quickly "jump" to any board that you have access to view.  The forum title on top f. ex. "Website Forum > Chris Lasegue.com > Forum Rules > Start new topic" doesn't allow you to nagivate
